Join me for a fantastic late spring retreat this May 2025.
We stay in this awesome Country House with stunning gardens and its own woodland. Immerse in nature with the dawn chorus and join for morning Chi Kung and Meditation practice.
There will be a balance of structured practice, silent time for reflection and fellowship as we come together to share.
This retreat offers a complete digital detox, where participants surrender their devices to fully immerse themselves in rest, relaxation, meditation, and mindfulness over the Bank Holiday weekend. To ensure peace of mind, loved ones are provided with emergency contact details for Karl, the retreat leader, and his assistant. This allows participants to disconnect completely, knowing they can still be reached in case of an emergency.
On Sunday we go to a local pub where both meat and vegetarian roasts will be available. This is included in the price.
Suitable for all levels from total beginners to the more experienced.
